FACT GROUP consists of 4 family companies offering complementary services in the security field located in Belgium and Luxembourg.

In Belgium:

• FACT Security
  100% of the shares owned by Yves Bastin, CEO.
  Specialising in security.
• FACT Training
  50/50 split of share between Yves Bastin, CEO and Sébastien Bourgys, CFO.
  Training centre (FACT Training Center) authorised by the FPS Home Affairs.
  Training in Security and Safety, Management and prevention + audits.
  Training on the fire unit located in Limal or via our mobile unit.
  
• FACT Services
  100% of the shares owned by Yves Bastin, CEO.
  Offers services additional to security (stewardesses, parking boys, VIP drivers, tippers…). Also has a service voucher branch.
  

FACT SECURITY Luxembourg: Authorised by the Ministry of Justice of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Employs more than 150 officers and has a turnover of more than €3 million.

FACT Training Center, Authorised by the FPS Home Affairs

40 trainers, giving out training here, specialising in:

 Security: EXE certificate (retraining), store inspector, outlet environments, protection of people, armed operations, office type A
Internally: BI, BA4 training
Soon to come: Security in a hospital environment

 Safety: First-aid (full training, initiation, retraining), first intervention crew member (full training, initiation, retraining), first intervention crew manager (retraining), use of a defibrillator, emergency intervention crew member (retraining), self-defence & mobile unit
