Key facts

Created in 2001 by Yves Bastin, FACT GROUP operates in the security sector (security, welcoming, reception services and logistics support), as well as training connected to these activities.

With its some 800 staff, FACT occupies fourth place in its sector in Belgium (the 1st Belgo-Belgian). Its capital is fully held by Belgian shareholders, which distinguishes it from its three main competitors, of which their capital is in the hands of international investors.

FACT GROUP is currently comprised of 4 companies (1 company in Luxembourg and 3 in Belgium):

• FACT Security SPRL : A security company, authorised by the FPS Home Affairs in Belgium, by offering a wide range of services responding to all your security needs.
• FACT Training Center : Security and Guard Role Training Centre, giving training for individuals and companies in security, safety, well-being at work and targeted management.
• FACT Services : A company offering additional solutions to our security services, such as making Stewards, VIP drivers, stewardesses or Security consultants available.
• FACT Security SARL : A Security Company, authorised by the Ministry of Justice of the Grand Duchy.

But, in both its structure and its culture and philosophy, FACT has been able to preserve the “SME spirit” that was there at the start: being close to the client, listening to their expectations, and flexibility to achieve their wishes as quickly as possible.
