ISO 9001

FACT SECURITY models its quality management system on the ISO standard and the principle of ongoing improvement

• October 2007: FACT SECURITY achieved its first ISO 9001 : 2000 certification
• September 2010: FACT SECURITY renewed its certification and achieved the ISO 9001 : 2008 

• November 2013: 
FACT SECURITY renewed its ISO 9001 : 2008 certification with no issues
  FACT SECURITY Luxembourg achieved its first ISO 9001 : 2008 certification

APEG and SECURE QUALITY CERTIFICATION

FACT SECURITY, a member of the APEG, has served as a pilot company in developing the “Secure Quality” seal of approval. It has been the first company to receive it.

• March 2006: FACT SECURITY became a full member of the Association Professionnelle des Entreprises de Gardiennage (APEG) (Professional Security Company Association)
• September 2011: Yves Bastin achieved his mandate within APEG’s Executive Board
• June 2015: Yves Bastin became a member of APEG’s Communication Unit

FACT SECURITY has Defence Secret level security authorisation.
